We've got solutions! Founded in 2025, HYGriff Solutions, LLC DBA U-Sparkle Janitorial Solutions is a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company led by husband-and-wife team Howard and Yolanda Griffin. 

With over a decade of hands-on janitorial experience, Howard brings expert knowledge from both the owner and employee perspective, plus insight from his work in industrial manufacturing. 

Yolanda adds 20+ years as a business educator with a BBA and MBA in Business Management, giving U-Sparkle its professional edge. We specialize in high-quality, customized cleaning for
